The ideal candidate will be a techno-commercial professional with experience in sales and marketing operations. They will be responsible for driving the next stage of the company's business growth and achieving targeted sales volumes, value, and net contributions.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Identifying prospects and generating business through the promotion of products in respective territories
  • Channel development, sales, marketing, and promotional activities
  • Developing new customers and maintaining existing key accounts
  • Coordinating with technical teams and ensuring timely customer satisfaction through the provision of best products and services
  • Preparing visit reports, MIS, MRM, competitor analysis, and market mapping
  • Responsible for preparing sales forecasts and understanding market trends
  • Planning and executing customer visits to achieve fruitful outcomes
  • Implementing business strategies to achieve required outcomes
  • Following up on leads and ensuring their conversion into sales
  • Attaining customer issues in a timely manner and resolving them with utmost satisfaction
  • Market survey to understand product potential and competition market share
  • Providing pre-sales and after-sales support, as well as product education and advice

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a business-to-business setting
  • Proven ability to strategically plan and implement sales strategies
  • Experience in new business development and strategic account management
  • Customer-centric, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal, people-management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
  • Ability to travel and visit markets regularly
  • Technical knowledge of Glassware, Chemical Process, or Process Plants is an added advantage
