Production Systems Coordinator

Overview

This role focuses on ensuring the stability and performance of production systems by monitoring issues, implementing corrective actions, and collaborating with IT teams to resolve incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and troubleshoot system problems to maintain high availability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve production issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of production issues, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
  • Analyze recurring issues to implement permanent fixes and prevent similar problems.
  • Develop and manage release schedules for all production systems to ensure smooth deployments.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to guarantee successful product releases.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in production support, release management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with release management tools and methodologies.
