Job Title: Senior Technical Coordinator

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining component specifications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed technical specifications for mechanical and electrical components.
  • Develop and standardize product specifications in line with customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and Approve Engineering Drawings for compliance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with design teams to verify drawing completeness and precision.
  • Validate bill of materials (BOMs), datasheets, and 3D models to ensure data integrity.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sourcing, quality, and production to ensure smooth operations.
  • Interface with suppliers to obtain technical data and ensure specification adherence.
  • Maintain up-to-date component libraries within internal systems.
  • Ensure specifications meet relevant international standards such as ISO, RoHS, REACH, etc.
  • Manage engineering change requests (ECRs) and change orders (ECOs) efficiently.
  • Communicate specification changes effectively across departments.
  • Participate in the design and review process during New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
  • Help qualify new suppliers based on their technical capability to meet specifications.
