We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role will act as a vital link between the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Support sales representatives with appointment scheduling, documentation, and follow-up tasks
- Maintain and update client information in CRM platforms like Salesforce or Zoho
- Handle end-to-end order processing, from receiving sales orders to coordinating with logistics and finance for timely delivery and invoicing
- Respond to customer queries, handle complaints, and provide post-sale support to strengthen client relationships
- Prepare accurate sales reports, track performance metrics, and assist in forecasting
- Collaborate on organizing trade fairs, exhibitions, and product demonstrations
- Manage promotional material inventory, such as catalogs, flyers, and product samples
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales process for increased efficiency
