Hiring Sales Coordinator In Ahmedabad Location

Cold calling and emails to prospective buyers and generate business Timely follow ups with buyers for business Coordinate with suppliers to confirm and follow up on the timely dispatch of goods Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customersMonitor the delivery process to ensure goods reach customers as scheduled Resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain by constant communication and liaising with relevant parties Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding delivery schedules and updates Address customer inquiries related to orders deliveries and any post- delivery issues Maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Follow up with customers for timely payment of invoices as per agreed terms Coordinate with the accounts department to track and record payments Address any payment discrepancies or delays and work towards resolution Track and ensure accurate calculation of brokerage or commission payments Follow up with customers and suppliers to ensure timely payment of any brokerage or commission owed Maintain detailed records of all brokerage or commission transactions Prepare and maintain reports on order status payment collections and brokerage commission activities Ensure all communication and transactions are well-documented and easily retrievable Assist in preparing sales performance reports as required Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed Assist in preparing sales presentations proposals and contracts Help in the organization of sales events and meetings Experience Minimum of 2-3 years of experienceIndustry Chemicals or related industry with a focus on fragrances and flavoursEducation GraduateSalary 22k To 27k per monthLocation Ambawadi AhmedabadFor More Details Call on 9714274730 or Mail Send Your cv on tanuja postaresume co in
