We Are Hiring Human Resource In Ahmedabad Key Responsibilities 1 Candidate Sourcing Screening Source candidates using job portals like LinkedIn Naukri Apna Indeed and Monster Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions Maintain updated lead trackers for each role 2 Interview Coordination Schedule telephonic virtual and in-person interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders Follow up with candidates for confirmations task submissions and availability Ensure timely communication and professional etiquette throughout the hiring journey 3 Documentation Onboarding Assistance Collect and verify documents from shortlisted candidates Assist in creating offer letters joining kits and onboarding documentation Support joining formalities on Day 1 4 Candidate Relationship Management Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely updates and courteous communication Maintain a candidate database for future openings and internal references 5 Reporting MIS Management Maintain dashboards on hiring status and turnaround time TAT Generate weekly reports for management review Maintain interview feedback candidate notes and follow-up records 6 Employer Branding Job Posting Assist in drafting job descriptions and sharing them across platforms Support branding efforts through creative inputs on hiring banners captions and outreach strategies Key Skills Requirements Graduate or Postgraduate in HR Business Administration preferred Strong verbal and written communication Gujarati Hindi and English Proficient in Google Workspace Docs Sheets Forms and CRM or ATS systems High attention to detail and structured approach Professional conduct and ability to maintain confidentiality Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain and knows how to use AI Why Join Us Be a key part of shaping the workforce of a fast-growing real estate company Exposure to multi-role hiring cycles and candidate engagement practices Learn recruitment automation structured interviewing and HR tech tool
