Tour & Travel Operations Manager

This role involves planning and managing tours, creating itineraries, and offering guided tours. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication with clients, and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage tours to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and implement effective itineraries that meet client expectations.
  • Provide expert guidance during tours and address any inquiries or issues that arise.
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the tour experience.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism or related field is preferred.
