US Payroll Manager Position

Leading an organization's payroll operations requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the weekly US payroll process ensuring accuracy in wage calculations deductions and benefits.
- Develop and implement effective payroll strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate employee records and address payroll-related inquiries efficiently.
- Generate and distribute timely payroll reports summaries and MIS reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or a related field or equivalent experience in US payroll operations.
- Regulatory Expertise: In-depth knowledge of federal state and local payroll regulations and tax laws.
