Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HVAC Project Manager to oversee and manage full-cycle HVAC project execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering HVAC projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, schedule, and execute HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
  • Prepare project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Allocate and manage resources effectively.
Technical Supervision:
  • Review HVAC system designs, BOQs, and engineering drawings.
  • Supervise installation and commissioning of HVAC components including ducting, piping, insulation, VRF systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, etc.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
  • Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and technical staff.
  • Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, architects, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
Procurement & Inventory Management:
  • Monitor material requirements and ensure timely procurement through coordination with the purchase team.
  • Manage site-level inventory and logistics.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
  • Ensure that installation and execution comply with company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct site inspections and support quality audits with complete documentation.
Testing, Commissioning & Handover:
  • Supervise testing and commissioning activities to ensure proper system functionality.
  • Oversee project handover process with all necessary documentation and client sign-off.
Cost Control & Billing:
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and control costs.
  • Prepare and validate RA bills and final project costing reports.
Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain daily and weekly progress reports.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and flag any project deviations.
