Atmospheric Conditions Specialists are in high demand. The ideal candidate will lead the installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop project plans that outline scope, timelines, resource allocation and key performance indicators.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure HVAC system requirements are met.
  • Supervise teams during installation and commissioning phases.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure installations meet technical standards.
  • Resolve technical issues or installation challenges in real time.
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in HVAC installation and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices and industry regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and technical documents.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with large-scale commercial or industrial HVAC projects.
  • Certifications related to HVAC systems or safety are a plus.
