Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients, design engineers, and internal stakeholders to understand and implement HVAC system requirements.]

  • Supervise and lead teams of HVAC technicians, contractors, and subcontractors during installation and commissioning phases.]

  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications and regulatory standards.]

  • Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure installations meet technical standards and client expectations.]

  • Resolve technical issues or installation challenges in real-time, providing solutions to ensure project continuity.]

  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company procedures throughout the project lifecycle.]

  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, test results, and handover documentation.

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.]
