**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a team of HVAC technicians on-site.
- Plan and coordinate HVAC installation and maintenance projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess the performance of HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Train and mentor HVAC technicians to enhance their skills.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including labor and material costs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an HVAC Supervisor or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Relevant certifications in HVAC installation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- HVAC certification or relevant trade school training.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,410.19 - ₹35,000.00 per month
