Key responsibilities
- **Project oversight**:

- Supervise the entire project lifecycle, including design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
- Review the work of contractors for quality assurance.
- **Team management**:

- Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians, supervisors, and contractors.
- Delegate tasks, provide technical support, and mentor team members.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- **Technical and operational duties**:

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other trades to integrate HVAC systems with other building systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC design and installation issues.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure performance meets design specifications.
- Manage inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies.
- **Client management**:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular project updates.
- Manage client expectations to ensure satisfaction.

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Btech/Diploma Holder in Mechanical engineer.2-3 year experience into projects.Proven experience in supervising HVAC projects, including expertise in areas like ducting, split, and VRF systems.
- Excellent leadership, **communication**, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously while maintaining quality and safety standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Project engineering HVAC: 2 years (required)
