Key responsibilities

  • Project oversight:
  • Supervise the entire project lifecycle, including design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Review the work of contractors for quality assurance.
  • Team management:
  • Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians, supervisors, and contractors.
  • Delegate tasks, provide technical support, and mentor team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Technical and operational duties:
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other trades to integrate HVAC systems with other building systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC design and installation issues.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure performance meets design specifications.
  • Manage inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies.
  • Client management:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular project updates.
  • Manage client expectations to ensure satisfaction.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Btech/Diploma Holder in Mechanical engineer .2-3 year experience into projects .Proven experience in supervising HVAC projects, including expertise in areas like ducting, split, and VRF systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21, ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:
