Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management processes. This role requires hands-on experience in managing construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Duties

  • Supervise daily operations on the construction site to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors and laborers, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Review contracts and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety practices, and adherence to schematics and blueprints.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Implement OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Utilize HeavyBid for accurate construction estimating and budgeting.
  • Provide training and support for team members on equipment usage, including the use of an ohmmeter.
