About the Role

Archirace Studio is looking for a Site Supervisor who has worked on interior projects and understands how things come together on-site. You'll be responsible for making sure the work runs smoothly, looks good, and stays on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day work at interior project sites.
  • Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Check the quality of work and finishes as per the design.
  • Track site progress and share daily updates with the team.
  • Handle material deliveries and site measurements.
  • Solve small site issues and keep the work moving.
  • Make sure the site stays clean and organized.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience is a must in site work.
  • Good understanding of drawings, materials, and finishes.
  • Able to handle teams and get work done on time.
  • Basic communication and reporting skills.
  • Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (Preferred)
  • Night Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (Preferred)
