We are looking for HVAC Draughtsman is responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, layouts, and schematics for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. They collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure accurate design and execution of HVAC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed HVAC drawings, plans, and schematics using AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.
  • Prepare ducting, piping, and equipment layouts based on design specifications.
  • Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure drawings align with project requirements.
  • Modify and update drawings as per client requirements and site conditions.
  • Assist in material take-offs, quantity estimation, and preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety codes, and local regulations.
  • Work closely with site supervisors to provide technical support and resolve design issues.
  • Maintain documentation of drawings, revisions, and project records.

Requirements:

  • B.E, Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC drafting/design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software.
  • Knowledge of HVAC system components, ducting, and piping layouts.
  • Familiarity with ASHRAE, SMACNA, and other HVAC standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
