HVAC draughtsman

Location: Mumbai

Job responsibilities:
**Roles and Responsibilities**

Ø Designing & Detailing of HVAC works.

Ø Site visit for verifying actual site conditions and site dimensions wherever necessary

Ø Preparation of As-built drawings.

Ø Bill of Quantity (Estimation).

Ø Sections drawings at critical areas as instructed by PM/HOD

Ø Duct design for layout with air distribution calculation.

Ø In HVAC drawings, prepare airflow, system & pressure zoning, area classification zoning.

Ø Detailing in RCP layout like (Hepa, Risers, light fixture, diffuser & grill etc.) as per room data sheet.

Ø Preparing hvac typical detail drawing (hepa, riser, heater plenum, duct construction details, grill & diffuser GAD, dampers (vcd & fd), magnehelic gauge location etc).

Ø P&ID with Manifold details drawing.

Ø VRV piping drawing

Ø Attend meeting / site visits with PM / client and consultant.

Ø Measurement of HVAC and electrical system

Ø Tagging drawing for pre-fab ducts

Ø HVAC equipment location with drain piping layout.

Ø Coordinated drawings of HVAC, electrical and clean room partitions.

Ø Develop detailed Hvac ducting, chilled water piping drawings, clean room partition with measurement & quantification & created fabrication drawing for final approval submission.

Ø ATD, Risers schedules as a reference for PM

Ø Preparing General arrangement of Modular Partition - Wall Panel, Ceiling Panel, Risers, View Panel, Columns and Doors etc.

Ø Door orientation details with door schedule and BOQ with RAL details

Ø Preparing support details and G.A drawings.

Ø Manual corrections / revision in the drawing

Ø Elevation drawing of all the modular walls

Ø Preparing Bill of Quantities (B.O.Q) in Excel Sheet as per Final Layout.

Ø Preparing “As Built Drawings” after final inspection.

Ø Maintain drawing numbering, templates, revision nos., and save them in designated folder system for future reference

Any other detailing as per instructions from PM/HOD related to CAD drafting
