**Job Title**: HVAC Supervisor

**Location**: DATS Complex, IGI Airport, New Delhi-110037

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Reports To**: Operations Manager

**Job Summary**:
The HVAC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. They lead a team of technicians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, efficiency in operations, and quality service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Supervision & Team Management**
- Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians and contractors.
- Assign work orders and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide training and technical guidance to team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and recommend improvements.

**2. Maintenance & Repair Operations**
- Oversee the installation, repair, and servicing of HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heaters, ventilation systems, and refrigeration units.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Diagnose system malfunctions and oversee troubleshooting efforts.
- Ensure proper documentation of maintenance records and reports.

**3. Compliance & Safety**
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental laws.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits for safety adherence.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols for HVAC operations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting techniques, and energy-efficient solutions.
- Familiarity with industry standards, safety protocols, and local regulations.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in HVAC software and diagnostic tools.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

**Preferred Certifications**:

- HVAC Certification (e.g., EPA 608, NATE, or equivalent)
- OSHA Safety Certification
- Project Management Certification (preferred)

**Work Conditions**:

- Ability to work in various environments, including outdoor and mechanical rooms.
- May require lifting heavy equipment and working at heights.
- Availability for emergency calls and shift-based work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
