Job Title: Community Development Program Manager

This role is focused on leading and executing community development programs that drive impact and scale in education, skilling, and livelihood development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Building: Establish and nurture partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, CSR foundations, academic institutions, and industry bodies to support program delivery and sustainability.
  • Strategic Planning & Proposal Development: Identify strategic program areas, conduct research, and develop compelling proposals to engage donors and government agencies.
  • Team Management & Capacity Building: Lead a team of members, ensuring clarity of roles, accountability, and high performance through training and capacity-building sessions.
  • Program Execution & Monitoring: Oversee the conceptualization, design, execution, and monitoring of education, skilling, and livelihood programs to achieve quality outcomes.

Required Qualifications: Masters degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field. 47 years of relevant experience in community development program management, partnerships, or implementation.
