Athletics Coordinator

We seek a highly motivated and organized individual to develop, implement, and oversee athletic programs that cater to diverse student interests and needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Design and manage comprehensive athletic programs that promote student participation and engagement.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate athletic events, tournaments, and practice sessions to ensure timely execution.
  • Promotion and Engagement: Promote athletic activities through various channels, including social media and campus events.
  • Student Support: Provide guidance and support to student-athletes and teams, fostering a positive environment.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Maintain records of student-athlete performance and prepare reports on athletic program activities and outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with external organizations for inter-collegiate competitions and engage with the college community through effective communication.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management or a related field (Master's or higher preferred).
  • Previous experience in sports management or a similar role in an educational setting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of sports regulations, safety practices, and event management, with proficiency in using relevant software and technology for program management.
