Leading a Sports Program

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and oversee sports and recreational programs for the institution.
  • Schedule and coordinate sports events, tournaments, and practice sessions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, Recreation, or a related field (Master's or higher degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in sports management or a similar role in an educational setting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of sports regulations, safety practices, and event management.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for program management.
