Bharuwa Solutions is a leading organization seeking a seasoned Scheme Consultant with over 6 years of experience in project management, rural development, or program administration.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Oversee key program activities, including scheme sanctions, IPA sanctions, and T.P. monitoring.
    • Ensure effective coordination among various stakeholders to facilitate the smooth execution of schemes.
    • Take charge of project monitoring and inspection to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Reporting and Administration:
    • Utilize and manage the ISMS (Information Security Management System) for reporting and data management.
    • Prepare and present reports, and maintain command over MIS/reports and MS-Office tools.
    • Carry out any other administrative and reporting duties as assigned by the Managing Director (MD).
  • Community Engagement:
    • Work closely with rural poor communities to implement livelihood and poverty reduction programs at scale.
    • Mobilize and engage youth for participation in skill development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4.5-6 years of experience in project management or rural development, specifically with large-scale state and national-level skill programs.
  • A proven track record of working with similar government programs.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing livelihood and poverty reduction programs at scale.

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with a solid command of MIS/reports and MS-Office.
  • The ability to effectively mobilize youth and engage with communities.
