We're growing rapidly and are now looking for a Senior Program Manager to take on a leadership role in managing high-stakes, impactful projects.

About the Role Senior Program ManagerAs a Senior Program Manager, you will be at the core of executing complex political and governance-focused projects while managing large cross-functional teams. You'll be expected to drive strategic alignment, foster a culture of ownership, and ensure the successful and timely delivery of outcomes. Your role will demand both analytical thinking and operational execution, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and team leadership.

Responsibilities Lead large cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and domains to deliver high-impact political and administrative projects. Collaborate closely with internal leadership and external stakeholders, including senior political figures, government officials, and partner organizations. Apply structured problem-solving to break down large challenges into manageable components and build actionable plans.

Design and implement go-to-market strategies and program roadmaps in alignment with client objectives. Develop, monitor, and report on program KPIs, identifying risks early and ensuring timely interventions. Guide and mentor junior team members, creating a high-performance culture and promoting accountability and learning.

Qualifications 4–5 years of overall experience, with at least 2–3 years in political consulting or a related field. Required Skills Graduate/Postgraduate from a Tier-1 institute (IIT/IIM/NLU/NIT/ISB/Delhi University – SRCC/Stephens/Hindu or equivalent). Proven track record in managing large teams and delivering outcomes under high pressure and tight deadlines.

Strong expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and engage with decision-makers. Fluent in English and Hindi (both written and spoken). Excellent skills in project/program management, change management, and performance tracking.

Preferred Skills Strong leadership qualities, with outstanding communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
