Key Roles and Responsibilities

This role involves developing comprehensive learning strategies, conducting training needs assessments and designing interactive programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective learning programs that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions and workshops that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage and maintain a learning management system, ensuring accurate records and efficient reporting.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Education or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience in learning and development or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design and educational technology.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems, e-learning tools and other relevant software applications.
