Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide expert technical assistance to users across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in IT end-user support or desktop support, with strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Active Directory, Outlook/Exchange, and remote support tools is also required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, as well as troubleshooting operating system and application-related issues. Installation, configuration, and upgrade of end-user hardware and software will also be part of the role.

In addition, the successful candidate will manage user accounts, access rights, and group policies in Active Directory, support connectivity issues including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and IP telephony, and coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs or replacements.

Main Responsibilities include logging incidents and service requests accurately in the IT Service Management tool, following through to resolution, and assisting with onboarding/offboarding activities, such as device setup and profile configurations.

Maintaining accurate documentation, FAQs, and user guides for common issues is also an essential part of the role.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field, and certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCSA, or ITIL Foundation are highly desirable.
