Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Notchup. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, particularly in selling IT services in the US market. You will be expected to meet monthly goals for setting appointments and handle email marketing campaigns and cold calls to generate leads.
Key Responsibilities- Create effective email sequences and calling scripts for different target audiences.
- Utilize tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to maximize lead generation efforts.
- Maintain CRM systems like PipeDrive to efficiently manage leads.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to engage potential clients.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B lead generation.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT services and the US market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
