Territory Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities
The key responsibility of the Territory Sales Executive is to identify and appoint reliable Dealers in the market. Additionally, the incumbent is required to achieve sales targets given periodically.
Dealer Appointment:
- Identifying and reaching out to multiple Dealers for appointment, including but not limited to – Furnishing Showrooms and Wholesalers.
- Ensuring timely payment collections from Dealers.
- Maintaining a cordial relationship between Dealers by offering them the best possible service.
- Rolling out Bulk orders.
- Selling to Dealers/Wholesalers.
Product Development and Sales:
- Ensuring that Products become a known brand name and gain a good reputation as a Supplier of choice for Dealers.
- Building good relationships with key decision-makers at Showrooms.
- Benchmarking Products offerings with the rest of the industry and suggesting new products periodically.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Achieving Monthly Sales, Album selling, and Active Dealer Targets.
- Submitting Daily DSR in the prescribed format.
- Submitting market visit reports in real-time via the Mobile App.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- The candidate should possess the following effective skills: Selling skills, Knowledge of Good Dealers in the market.
- Effective Communication Skills.
- Presentation Skills.
- A positive personality and grooming skills.
- The ability to make and submit accurate DSR.
- The ability to handle high-pressure situations and workloads.
- A proactive nature.
- Knowledge of how to evaluate Dealers through communication and market research.
- Basic Mobile usage skills.
