Role Overview: Territory Sales Manager


As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth through mass distribution channels. Your primary objective will be to manage and execute strategies that achieve market leadership in your assigned territory.



Key Responsibilities:



  1. Establish a robust distribution network with a strong promoter channel under your supervision.
  2. Deliver sales targets for all products (voice-prepaid / post-paid, data, etc.) by implementing effective distribution strategies.
  3. Promote unlimited product penetration and drive secondary sales through Mass Retail distribution.
  4. Monitor the quality of acquisitions through the distribution channel and ensure compliance with set norms.
  5. Track and report on competitor schemes and programs to maintain a competitive edge.
  6. Ensure timely availability of stock at retail points while adhering to established norms.
  7. Develop and execute promotional activities for channel partners to boost sales and enhance market credibility.


Performance Metrics:



  1. Achieve zonal revenue targets for the distribution channel across all products.
  2. Expand retail presence by increasing the number of outlets in existing and new geographies.
  3. Drive DSE Management by setting targets, monitoring beat plans, and ensuring systems and formats are in place.
  4. Maintain MD/AD/SD management by monitoring DSE availability, stock holding, and day-to-day performance reviews.

Compensation Package:


The estimated salary for this role is ₹12,50,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include opportunities for career growth, professional development, and a dynamic work environment.
