Operations Management Trainee

This is a dynamic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations, partner management, and problem-solving. As a motivated Operations Management Trainee, you will work closely with the team to source and hire product partners, train and support them, manage daily queries, and assist in operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Sourcing & Onboarding: Assist in identifying and onboarding product partners by understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Training & Development: Conduct training sessions to ensure smooth integration of new partners, focusing on their growth and development.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Foster and maintain healthy relationships with partners through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Daily Query Resolution: Handle and resolve operational queries from partners promptly and efficiently, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Operational Coordination: Support day-to-day operational processes and workflows by being proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of partners, hiring processes, and performance, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Freshers or students from any management-related field (e.g., BBA, Hotel Management, Commerce, or related fields).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with partners and colleagues.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a focus on partner satisfaction, identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace preferred, with knowledge of productivity tools and software.
