Business Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Trainee in Gandhinagar, India.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for learning the company's operations and processes, assisting in various departments, and gaining hands-on experience in business functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting senior managers in day-to-day tasks and operations
  • Participating in meetings and contributing to strategic planning and development
  • Conducting market research and analyzing data to inform business decisions
  • Understanding customer needs and working on marketing strategies to drive sales growth
  • Assisting in store management and product planning to optimize retail performance

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Interest in the retail industry, particularly in baby care products, and a desire to learn and grow within the company
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create reports and presentations
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and new environments to stay competitive in the market
