Finance Trainee

Job Title: Finance Trainee

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive finance trainee to support our financial operations on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities include:

Key Tasks:

• Assist in preparing and generating client invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of billing and payment transactions.
• Support daily accounting activities, including journal entries and ledger updates.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor payments, and client accounts.
• Help monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain and update financial databases and documentation.
• Assist the finance team with audits and month-end closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Tally, or any accounting software is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
