Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Manager who can oversee daily business operations, customer sales, inventory, and online platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management and e-commerce platforms, with excellent communication skills in English and local languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day shop operations and customer service, including supervising sales, billing, and product display.
  • Maintain stock records for offline & online sales, update product catalog with pricing, descriptions, and photos, and track best-sellers for timely restocking.
  • Manage orders (processing, packing, dispatch), upload & update products online, and post engaging updates on social media.

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail management and e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Canva.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Organized, customer-focused, and proactive.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including full days from 10 AM – 9 PM.
