Retail Consultant - QSR Operations Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead business transformation initiatives across retail and quick-service restaurant (QSR) operations. This role involves bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving customer engagement, operational efficiency, and process improvement.

  • Conduct workshops to understand client pain points, business processes, reporting & dashboarding needs. Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Translate functional specifications into technical fit documents. Identify and highlight feature/reporting/dashboarding gaps. Collaborate with technical teams to configure and deploy systems aligned with business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to marketing, operations, and IT teams. Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology roadmap.
  • Deploy functional specifications in software (reports, dashboards, models, audiences etc). Train super users of our clients on the platform. Explain support mechanisms and set cadences for support/business-related queries.
">Required Skills & Qualifications:">
  • 5+ years of experience in retail or QSR consulting, business analysis, or solution delivery.
  • Strong understanding of retail/QSR operations: POS, loyalty, CRM, inventory, and customer experience.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools & how they function.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

  • Experience with omnichannel retail or QSR transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and API integrations.
