Senior Store Manager Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced and dynamic retail professional with a proven track record of driving sales and profitability in luxury retail environments.

We are seeking a skilled Senior Store Manager to lead our store sales team and drive the success of our luxury retail operations. This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven individual who excels in leadership roles and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

About the Role

This role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of the store, including managing relationships with high net worth (HNI) clients and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and direction to the boutique team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with HNI clients to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the boutique team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and achieve targets.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Lead by example, actively engaging with customers to build relationships, provide personalized styling advice, and drive sales.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury retail management, preferably in Indian designer brands or real estate consultancy firms.
  • Exceptional ability to sell and engage with HNI clients at a personal level.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI customers.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving sales and profitability in a high-pressure retail environment.
