
Leading Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team of sales professionals in delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide their team to achieve targets. They should have a strong understanding of made-to-measure retail operations, including sales, client relationships, and coordination with tailoring and production teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day store operations and team performance;
- Delivering strong sales through client consultations and upselling;
- Guiding MTM measurement, styling, and order processes;
- Ensuring smooth coordination with tailoring and production;
- Maintaining store visual merchandising, stock, hygiene, and brand standards of practice;
- Handling high-end clients and after-sales service;
- Reporting on store targets, appointments, and revenue.
To succeed in this role, the candidate will need:
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in premium or luxury retail (menswear preferred);
- Excellent communication and grooming skills;
- Strong team leadership and customer handling skills;
- Familiarity with custom clothing process (a plus).
