Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced loan processing professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide expert support to brokers, undertaking tasks such as completing servicing calculations under various scenarios, valuations, pricing, policy analysis, managing offshore team members, inputting data into Aggregator CRM and ApplyOnline, document collection and packaging, lodging applications and tracking them until formal approval.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake complex calculations under various scenarios
  • Conduct valuations and determine pricing
  • Analyse policies and provide recommendations
  • Manage and coordinate offshore team members
  • Input data into CRM systems and process online applications
  • Prepare and package documents for lodgement
  • Lodge applications and track progress until formal approval
  • Communicate with stakeholders including lenders, referral partners and conveyancers
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the Australian mortgage broking industry as a credit assessor/analyst or loan processor would be advantageous
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
