Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing loan proposals from existing customers, cold calling clients, and conducting visits and seminars to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and marketing skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable products. Additionally, they will be able to monitor client relations and payment schedules, and continuously update their knowledge of market and competitor information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing loan proposals from existing customers
  • Cold calling clients to promote products
  • Conducting visits and seminars to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in mortgage lending or sales
