Job Description

The Process Specialist is responsible for reviewing loan packages and creating Initial and subsequent Closing Disclosures (CDs). They coordinate with Title and Settlement agents to ensure timely closings and accurate data in the CD.


Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing loan packages for accuracy and completeness.
  • Creating Initial and subsequent Closing Disclosures (CDs).
  • Coordinating with Title and Settlement agents to ensure timely closings.
  • Ensuring data in the CD is correct and up-to-date.


Requirements and Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with 18 months of experience in preparing Initial and Final closing documents.
  • Knowledge of commonly used mortgage concepts, practices, procedures, and Fannie Freddie guidelines.
  • Working knowledge of Loan Origination Systems.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.


About This Role

This role requires a high degree of familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the mortgage industry. The successful candidate will be able to review and prepare disclosures, including Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures.
