Lead Brand Ambassador
Location:
Remote opportunity to work with a global brand, traveling occasionally to Delhi and Chennai.

The ideal candidate will be required to travel to Delhi for five days each month, from Monday to Friday. For the remaining days of the month, they will work from home. Additionally, there will be travel to Chennai two to three times a month.

Brand Onboarding Strategy:
Develop and lead the complete onboarding journey for new brand partners, ensuring seamless execution across legal, technical, and operational checkpoints.

Brand Servicing & Relationship Management:
Serve as the key point of contact for partner brands, ensuring smooth communication, timely support, and long-term retention. Identify opportunities to drive business growth through strategic partnerships.

API Integration Coordination:
Collaborate with internal tech teams and partner brand tech teams to ensure smooth and timely API integration and testing. Ensure seamless data exchange between systems.

Commercial Partnership Management:
Drive commercial negotiations, close partnership deals, and ensure mutually beneficial terms. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful contract closure and post-launch support.

Performance Monitoring:
Track and report on partner brand performance metrics. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in brand partnerships, servicing, and onboarding. Proven experience in handling end-to-end partner lifecycle management. Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience in fintech, digital rewards, e-commerce, Marketplace platforms, and Gift card & loyalty programs will be a strong advantage.
