Job Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and troubleshoot issues related to CPU, memory, hard disk size, log size, and other vital server parameters.

Your duties will include reporting performance issues to the appropriate teams, monitoring scheduled tasks, and resolving technical errors. You will also be responsible for updating items/tickets with initial responses, gathering details from business/end users/other teams, reproducing issues in testing environments, and validating issue fixes based on customer inputs.

To excel in this role, you should have had customer-facing experience of more than 3+ years, managed either application or infrastructure support at L1 level for at least 3 years, and have experience in both oral and written responses to customers within defined SLAs. Experience in handling customer-related queries on system functionality and providing required support is also essential. Additionally, strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

If you possess a technical background in Java, Scripting, and have SailPoint or IAM system support experience, it will be a significant plus. You should also be experienced in doing customer-issue-based validation and have a strong understanding of infrastructure management principles.
