", "The successful candidate will spearhead new client acquisition and drive business growth in Southern India, particularly in the Bangalore region. This high-impact role focuses on identifying, targeting, and closing new B2B accounts (Industrial, Corporate or Enterprise).
", "Key Responsibilities:
", "• New Business Development: Aggressively identify and target potential B2B clients across various sectors in southern India, especially Bangalore.
", "• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire high-value clients.
", "• Client Acquisition: Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
", "• Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed ambitious sales targets for new client acquisition and revenue generation.
", "• Payment Collection: Actively follow up and ensure timely and complete payment collection from all acquired clients.
", "Required Skills & Experience:
", "• Total 8 - 12 years of B2B Sales experience. Industrial/Corporate/Enterprise Sales experience is a must.
", "• Minimum of 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in Bangalore.
", "• A strong track record of new client acquisition is essential. Key account management (KAM) experience is not required.
", "• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are crucial.
", "• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and achieve targets is necessary.
", "• Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of the sales process is desired.
