The successful candidate will spearhead new client acquisition and drive business growth in Southern India, particularly in the Bangalore region. This high-impact role focuses on identifying, targeting, and closing new B2B accounts (Industrial, Corporate or Enterprise).

Key Responsibilities:

• New Business Development: Aggressively identify and target potential B2B clients across various sectors in southern India, especially Bangalore.

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire high-value clients.

", "

• Client Acquisition: Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.

", "

• Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed ambitious sales targets for new client acquisition and revenue generation.

", "

• Payment Collection: Actively follow up and ensure timely and complete payment collection from all acquired clients.

", "

Required Skills & Experience:

", "

• Total 8 - 12 years of B2B Sales experience. Industrial/Corporate/Enterprise Sales experience is a must.

• Minimum of 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in Bangalore.

", "

• A strong track record of new client acquisition is essential. Key account management (KAM) experience is not required.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are crucial.

", "

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and achieve targets is necessary.

• Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of the sales process is desired.
