As a Regional Sales Director in Hoshiarpur, you will play a crucial role in achieving this vision. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth through effective distribution planning, execution intensity, and market execution. You will also be responsible for strengthening trade relationships, tracking market intelligence, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 5-7 years of experience in the Telco or FMCG industry. You should have in-depth understanding of the distribution ecosystem, market understanding, and development skills. Additionally, you will require detailed sales and distribution planning expertise, conflict management skills, and basic budget management skills.

A strong educational background, preferably with an MBA, and proficiency in English and local market languages are essential. You should be skilled in performance analytics, review, and driving team target achievement.

This role offers a competitive salary range of ₹8,00,000 to ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
