Job Description: Logistics Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Operations Director to lead our logistics operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in managing logistics operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage relationships with logistics service providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
  • Coordinate with manufacturing divisions to ensure smooth supply chain operations
  • Liaise with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure distribution readiness for new product lines
  • Oversee 3rd-party logistics service provider relationships to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics management or a related field
  • Working knowledge of bill of lading and transportation regulations
  • Highly goal-driven and able to work effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
