Guides clients through the processes, providing accurate information, required documentation, and timelines.
- Identifies, evaluates, and establishes partnerships with third-party service providers, including visa consultants, and IELTS, PTE, and COACHING institutions.
- Works with the Sales team and arranges seminars at school, and coaching center to customize selling points for programs based on admission difficulty, career development, and immigration pathways connected.
- Assists in negotiating service agreements and contracts, ensuring the best possible terms and pricing for WORDKLIPS and clients.
- Develops and updates informational materials, guides, and resources to facilitate quick and accurate information sharing.
- Monitors service quality and client satisfaction, conducting follow-ups to gather feedback and make improvements.
- Conducts regional knowledge sharing sessions, including training, seminars, and webinars, on a regular basis to address clients’ queries and keep all parties’ knowledge up to date.
- Attends school conferences to promote WORDKLIPS and develop new opportunities.
- Shares responsibilities for top funnel volume and conversion goals with the Sales team.Develop sales targets in consultation with IELTS AND PTE Institutions and internal teams.
- Align partner institution strategies internally with all cross-functional teams: Sales, Partner Relations, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
- Be accountable for delivering sales results.
- Hire, coach, and develop a Partner Sales team
- Inspire and motivate the team to achieve targets.
- Analyze and report sales performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop campaigns, messaging, presentations, and partnerships.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets\
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities
- Excellent market research and analysis skills to identify new business opportunities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,947.38 per month
