1. Business Development:

  • Establish clear performance expectations to achieve growth in terms of sales volume and number of outlets.">

2. Account Wiring:

  • Develop a wiring plan for all key accounts.">
  • Establish regular contact with senior management of designated accounts.">
  • Delivery of desired fill rates will be a key performance indicator.">

3. Account Development:

  • Identify potential new accounts and opportunities to develop existing accounts through leading negotiations within company policies.">
  • Work with the market development team to create account-specific strategies.">
  • Capture consumer trends and make appropriate programs to enhance business.">

4. In-Store Presence:

  • Develop market presence standards in coordination with regional sales managers.">
  • Deliver brand/package presence guidelines to market.">
  • Freshness/presence on shelf will be a key KPI.">
