Lead Centralized Monitoring Expert

As a Senior Lead in Centralized Monitoring, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and data integrity across clinical development programs through advanced centralized monitoring and risk-based quality management (RBQM).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement RBQM strategies for clinical studies, including identification of critical data & processes, definition of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) & Quality Threshold Limits (QTLs), and centralized monitoring approaches.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments for clinical studies, identifying potential issues and developing mitigation plans.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of advanced centralized statistical monitoring frameworks, interpreting complex data patterns and leading root cause analyses.
  • Facilitate regular review meetings to discuss study data, findings, action plans, and coordinate data cleaning activities.
  • Ensure the highest standards of data quality and integrity through proactive monitoring and timely interventions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in clinical monitoring, clinical trial management, or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and the clinical development process.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with project team members.
