Deputy Lead Project Management

This is a senior project management role requiring strong leadership and technical skills to oversee day-to-day operations of the sports for development program.

About the Role:
  • Lead daily operations of the Sports for Development program in target villages, ensuring smooth functioning of centers and timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate with coaches and field teams to ensure effective execution of activities and manage government relationships to support program delivery and advocacy.
  • Maintain MIS, track KPIs, and support reporting, budgeting, and logistics to ensure efficient program implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee daily operations of the Sports for Development program in target villages, including managing tournaments, engagement events, and talent scouting.
  2. Conduct field visits to monitor activities and address issues, ensuring compliance with attendance, coaching, equipment, and operational standards.
  3. Liaise with departments for timely execution and clearances, representing the organization in official meetings, forums, and events.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience or Master's degree with at least 5-7 years of similar experience.
  • Proven ability to engage and build rapport with government stakeholders, possessing strong data management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively within Punjab.
