A Career in Academic Guidance

As an Academic Counsellor, you will play a vital role in shaping the academic futures of individuals. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with assigned leads and establish meaningful relationships through effective communication.


You will assess each lead's interest, needs, and eligibility for our programs, and schedule video counselling sessions with admission counsellors for qualified leads. Your ability to coordinate schedules and facilitate smooth communication between leads and admission counsellors will ensure seamless enrolment processes.


A key aspect of this role is maintaining accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system. This will enable us to track progress and make data-driven decisions.

Basic Eligibility Criteria


To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Edtech-sales, with at least 1 year spent in a single company. A bachelor's degree is mandatory, and prior experience working a 6-day work week is preferred.


As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for meeting targets and demonstrating a proven track record of success in your existing company.

Required Skills and Qualifications


This role demands exceptional verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on fluency in the English language. You must be able to listen effectively, build trust with potential learners, and approach situations with patience and empathy.


Your ability to persuade learners towards attending video counselling sessions and ultimately influence their enrolment decisions is crucial. Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM management for administrative tasks and reporting requirements is also necessary.
