Academic Guidance Specialist

This is a pivotal role in shaping the academic journey of prospective students.

  1. The Academic Guidance Specialist will counsel prospective students via phone, email, and in-person to provide guidance on their academic pursuits.
  2. Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to convert them into admissions.
  3. Resolving student and parent queries over telephone, emails, and walk-ins in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Maintaining effective communication with students and parents until they are onboarded.
  5. Ensuring adherence to admission guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  6. Generating MIS reports on a periodic basis to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Contributing to admissions by promoting various activities and workshops to increase walk-ins.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintaining the calendar of schedules for respective batches and academic data records.
  2. Coordinating centre/student-related activities to ensure smooth functioning.
  3. Organizing events and induction programs for students and teachers.
  4. Participating in education events, in-house events, fairs, and engaging with the student community.
  5. Contribution and implementation of planners and curriculum material ensuring availability for teachers and students.
  6. Tracking assignments, learner resource distribution, examinations, and evaluations.
Supporting Operations:
  1. Coordinating with teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure effective functioning of academic and non-academic activities.
  2. Assisting the accounts department in collecting fees.
  3. Oversight and facilitation of vendor and faculty payment.
  4. Maintaining records regarding students, faculty, resources, infrastructure, and other essential information.
